Thirty years ago the Lord began a ministry to gather women together for mutual support and encouragement because of the mistreatment and abuse they were suffering in their marriages and homes. They decided to call it FOCUS Ministries so they would remember to:

Of course, the rest is history and here we are today celebrating the faithfulness of God over the years. So many women have found that the grace of Jesus Christ is indeed sufficient. We have helped hundreds, even thousands of women find hope in their darkest days. We have provided one-on-one counseling to women across the country and even around the world! The support groups are still the backbone of the ministry. The Lord provided for us to update our website recently making it just as informative and relevant as ever!
We are so thankful for the hearts of those original FOCUS Ministries pioneers who worked together to break up the hard ground of finding support, help, resources and hope for women in destructive relationships.
